You should know what Updateremote Remodeling does and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Updateremote Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet, or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works

Updateremote Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The amount may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Updateremote Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Updateremote Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, prices, and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and permits
• How it communicates with you and behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded for quality, verification, and billing.
