Website Disclaimer for Updateremote Remodeling

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before using updateremote.garden. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Updateremote Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire, or repair anything. Work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Updateremote Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Guarantee

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We do not guarantee the quality, schedule, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also do not guarantee that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering, or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different. What works for one project may not work for another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, location, materials, and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work starts.

Payment and Financing

Updateremote Remodeling does not offer loans, financing, or payment plans. We do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract closely before you sign.

Safety Notes

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines, and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation, or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand, or remove materials you are unsure about. If you think life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Updateremote Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for more.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
